In his early years, Timothy’s father (musician Danny Schmit) was frequently away. This issue was resolved when Timothy’s parents purchased a trailer and the whole family joined Schmit senior on the road! After two years of traveling, the family settled in Sacramento, California.
Timothy first showed his enthusiasm for the arts at a young age, taking tap dance lessons as a child. Timothy was also a talented gymnast with his specialty being the parallel bars.
